SMF provides a number of scholarships to recognize student achievement:
Cynthia T. Simmons Memorial Scholarship (CTSMS)
An annual award given to a high school senior(s) who exemplifies the qualities of academic excellence, emotional-intelligence, development, potential, active SMF participation and community commitment.
Nathaniel P. Simmons III Memorial Scholarship (NPSMS)
An annual award providing support to a high school senior(s) who has not allowed adverse circumstances, defined broadly, to interfere with their dreams of securing a quality college education. In addition, recipients must exemplify academic excellence, development, and tremendous potential.
Nathaniel P. Simmons, Jr. Memorial Scholarship (NPSJMS)
An annual award in honor of SMF’s co-founder providing support to a high school senior(s) who demonstrates perseverance, a positive attitude, academic excellence, and active SMF participation
